Care near you, when you need it
Niptei is where families find local home-care agencies and independent carers, where agencies run their whole operation, and where carers get found and keep a record of their own work.
Free to look, and no account needed — leave the date and time blank if you are just looking. Providers choose to be listed on Niptei, and each provider decides for itself whether it can help.

Everyday help at home
Homemaker, companion, and respite services — the everyday help that keeps a home running, a person company, and a family caregiver rested.

Homemaker Services
Light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, cooking, and grocery shopping.
Companion Services
Friendly conversation, social interaction, supervision, and accompaniment on errands, walks, or appointments.
Respite Care Services
Respite care is designed to give the primary family caregiver a temporary break: the replacement caregiver steps directly into your daily routine.
Pet care
Feeding, fresh water, walks, and litter or cleanup for the family pet. Who the care is for is your choice:
- Just the pet — Visits for the pet alone.
- Pet and person — Pet care together with care for the person.
- Just the person — Care for the person only — no pet care.
Medication reminders
A carer can remind someone that it is time to take their medication, and record that the reminder was given.
Reminders only — carers remind, they never administer medication.
Don't choose between care and your pet

For many seniors, the hardest part of accepting help is the dog or cat who depends on them. Some turn down care — or a move away from home — because they will not leave their pet behind. On Niptei, families can arrange homemaker, companion, or respite care with pet care included — the Pet and person way — so the person and their pet stay home, together.
How it works

Tell us what you need
Pick the help, give the address where care is needed, and add a date and start time if you have them in mind — the panel above takes you straight to the directory.
Get matched with a local agency or solo carer
Niptei shows you the providers listed for your area — agencies and independent carers who chose to appear. Send a care request to the one you pick; the provider reads it and replies if it can help. Nothing is booked automatically.
Meet your carer
Talk with the provider, meet the carer if you wish, and agree the visits, the times, and the price between you.
Care happens, with proof
Each visit is recorded in Niptei as it happens, and the family can open the visit record — including its proof-of-care link — and check that care took place.
Rate the visit
After a visit, the family can leave a star rating. It becomes part of the provider's record on Niptei, shown with the number of ratings beside it.
One platform, three front doors
Need care?
You do not need an agency of your own. Find an agency or a solo carer listed in your area, or send a care request and let a listed provider respond. Credentials are recorded in Niptei and reviewed by the carer's agency.
Run an agency?
Run the whole operation on Niptei: scheduling and dispatch, visit records with EVV where your state requires it, compliance files with expiry alerts, and proof of care your families can check. Plans run from $499 a month, and every agency starts with a 30-day free trial.
Care for a living?
Work independently and be found by families near you. Take cover shifts when visits open up, and carry your own Carer Passport: a record of your visits, your recorded hours, and your credentials that you can share.
No provider in your area yet?
Niptei is opening area by area, starting where our founding providers are: Broward County and Fort Pierce. If no provider is listed where you live yet — or you are a carer looking for work, or an agency weighing up a listing — register your interest. Providers deciding where to open a listing can see the demand, area by area, in the counts published below.

For agencies and group homes: the hard days are covered
Rapid cover
When a carer calls out, the visit is offered to your other eligible carers. The first to accept takes it, and the family's record of the day stays whole.
Mutual-aid cover network
Agencies that opt in can offer an uncovered visit to carers from partner agencies nearby — and take a partner's visit in return when they have room.
Group homes and beds
Locations, rooms, and beds are recorded once. The vacant-bed count on your listing is counted from your own placement records, never typed in by hand.
It's easier in the app
The Niptei carer app — the day's visits, clock-in and clock-out, care notes, and cover offers in a carer's pocket — is built and on its way to the App Store and Google Play. Until it lands there, everything on Niptei works in the browser, on a phone or a desktop.
